How do I add an Audit Topic to an Audit Event in DRGR?

As part of program oversight, Grantees may utilize independent audits. In some cases, these audits are performed by separate audit agencies other branches of the Grantee or they may be performed by an audit firm. Regardless, they serve as a separate function of oversight to supplement monitoring undertaken by the Grantee.

The Add Audit Event screens are accessed via the Admin Module by selecting the “Add Monitoring/Audit/TA” link. The “Add Audit Topic” button will become active once “Audit” is selected as the Event Type. The Audit Topic screens (see below) allow users to select relevant Activities and program requirements and to add related details and information related to the audit, including corrective action.

View the "Add/Edit Audit Topic" screen that appears after you select the "Add Audit Topic" button.
