How do I add a Concern to a Monitoring Event in DRGR?

A “Concern” is a practice or situation, if left unaddressed, may lead to a “Finding” or noncompliance.

To add a Concern, select “Add Concern” from the 1st level “Add/Edit Monitoring/Audit/TA” screens in the Admin module. Similar to the “Add Finding” action, after the “Add Concern” button has been selected, a new screen will be started (shown below) for users to identify program requirements and Activities associated with the Concern, add an identification and title, a narrative description, recommended actions, and select whether the status of the concern is open or closed.

View the "Add/Edit Concern" screen that appears after you select the "Add Concern" button
