Previously, the system would force Grantees to either remove or zero out performance measure data entered in the QPRs before the Activity Type could be changed. With DRGR Release 7.9, the Activity Type change has been simplified by prompting the Grantees with a message that performance measures will be lost on change, as shown below. Note that this message is only displayed if the system detects that there are user provided performance measures that are not associated with new Activity Type.
On selection of “OK,” the system will automatically remove the performance measures that are no longer associated with new Activity Type from the Action Plan and Performance Reports. It is recommended that the Grantee then enter additional performance measures under the new Activity Type. Note that previous QPRs will still display the old performance measures, but the reports will reflect the new performance measures.
