How do I identify the funds allocated to an activity? Where do I enter the amount of grant funds I've received?

To access funds for drawdown, grant funds allocated to an activity must be entered into the field Total Budget at the Add/Edit Activity screen. Do not put activity budget amounts in the any space listed to track "other" funds (optional fields included to collect information on leveraging) or match funds for other grant programs for which this data is required. Funds entered anywhere except "Total Budget" in the Activity screen will not be accessible for drawdowns. It is also important to include the amount of funds that a grantee will expect to spend in program income in the Activity Total Budget.
