Personal Identifier Numbers (PIN) cannot be reset. The PIN numbers are provided to DRGR users as part of their original user account request. For newer accounts, this is often the last five digits of their Social Security number. For older accounts converted in July of 2009, PIN numbers were e-mailed to each user on July 17, 2009. If you misplaced or forgot your PIN, please speak with your DRGR Grantee Administrator that requested your USER ID or your HUD Representative that approved your USER ID.
The main HUD Help Desk (1-888-297-8689 Option 9) can only reset passwords and will need your PIN to verify your identity. The HITS help desk hours are 7am-8pm, Monday-Friday, Eastern Time.
