How do I log into DRGR? / What do I need to do if my ID and password do not work?

All DRGR users should log into DRGR using the URL: https://drgr.hud.gov/DRGRWeb. Users should not bookmark this login webpage. Please also note that if you search for "DRGR" using a search engine, you may land on a DRGR testing or training website that has an identical login page, but that will not allow access.

If you are experience login problems or need a password reset, please call the main HUD Help Desk at 1-888-297-8689 (Option 9). The main HUD help desk hours are 7am-8pm, Monday-Friday, Eastern Time. Be ready to provide your user ID and PIN to the Help Desk staff. If you misplaced or forgot your PIN, please speak with your DRGR Grantee Administrator that requested your USER ID or your HUD Representative that approved your USER ID.

If the ID and password issued do not work even after the main HUD help desk resets the password, please send a screenshot that shows the URL and the web browser to DRGR_Help@hud.gov so the help desk can troubleshoot other issues.
