A

In general, HUD staff try to review Action Plans and QPRs within 30 days of submission. It is important to remember that Action Plans and QPRs cannot be edited when they are in "Submitted" status. If it is critical to add an activity to an Action Plan and/or QPR, you may request that the CPD Representative reject a Submitted document. For Action Plans, it is difficult for CPD Representatives to tell what has been changed since the last version. It may help expedite reviews if grantees identify, list and/or describe added/edited activities. Consult your CPD Representative and relevant program (NSP, etc.) policy materials for more specific guidelines.
