What is an example of when I would report an address in a DRGR QPR more than once?

A

In general, addresses should be reported once for each Activity (when the Activity meets a National Objective). However, there are some limited, but legitimate cases where, for example, a property will be acquired for a land bank, where it will meet the LMMI national objective, and then the same address may be reprogrammed to an LH25 rehab/reconstruction activity and meet a national objective again. Such a property should be reported twice.
