How do DRGR Grantee Administrators Upload New User Requests or Edit User accounts?

With DRGR Release 7.10, Grantee Administrators can now upload information in the Admin module to complete new user request, edit existing user profiles, or deactivate users.

These upload actions are accessed by selecting the Upload User Requests link in the Admin module and then selecting the Upload Type (Note: this link will not be active for non Admin users).

From the data upload screen, Admin users can view sample upload templates and/or select the Browse… button to select a file for upload. Note: The upload file type must be in CSV format and data must be provided with exact field names and data types.

Once an upload file is selected, use the Upload button to upload the information. After the upload is completed, a results page will display.
