Any data that DRGR pulls for the QPR from the Action Plan (e.g. Activity budgets) and drawdown module (obligations and draws/disbursements) is a “snapshot” of information from the system at the end of the quarter. Any changes completed after the end of the quarter would not show up in the QPR, even though the updated data would show in the other modules.
