Should I fill out a QPR if I haven’t made any obligations or draws this quarter?

Quarterly reports are due every quarter. DRGR automatically prompts QPRs to include activities with any obligation updates or draws during the quarter. This function allows grantees to suspend reporting on inactive activities or discontinue reporting on complete activities.

However, even if you have not had any obligations or drawdowns this quarter, you must still complete information in the QPR by clicking on an Activity Number and completing the Activity Progress Narrative and/or reporting on Accomplishment or Beneficiary performance measures. This step is necessary if some Activities have not had obligations or drawdown activity in the quarter and you would like the QPR to be a comprehensive list of all your activities.
