A

LMA is a means of achieving the Low- and Moderate Income National Objective. Grantees must assign the proper National Objective (NSP – LH25, LMMI, or N/A) or (CDBG-DR – Low/Mod, Urgent Need, Slum Blight or N/A) to each activity. DRGR further includes a National Objective breakout of Benefit Type called Direct and Area Benefit, which requires the Grantee to set-up, further categorize and report on the beneficiaries of its Activities. In DRGR, Grantees document beneficiaries for Area Benefit Activities by entering either: (1) U.S. Census data by Census Tract, Block Group or Place; or (2) survey data.
