A

In DRGR, NSP grantees should select LH25 as the national objective to track activities that meet the 25 percent low-income set-aside requirement. It is important for NSP Grantees to establish LH25 Activities separately from Activities that will benefit low-moderate-middle income households (LMMI), so that the Grantee, HUD and other stakeholder can monitor performance in meeting the low-income set-aside requirement goals. All other NSP Activities should be tracked using LMMI or Admin (as applicable) for their national objectives.

Please note that the LMI, SB and UN national objectives are not applicable for NSP grants and should not be used for this program.
