A

Yes. HUD would like NSP grantees to use the NSP eligible uses (i.e. Rehabilitation/Reconstruction, Demolition, or Land Banks) as the basis to break out DRGR Projects. Likewise, CDBG-DR grantees should use activity categories/types for their DRGR Projects (i.e. Housing, Infrastructure, or Economic Development). This will allow HUD to track and report the budgets and expenditures for each of these types of uses. In the DRGR Action Plan module, grantee DRGR users can use the “Add Project” link in the left navigation bar under “Projects” to create new DRGR Projects. To edit a Project, use the “Search/Edit Project” link under the “Projects” navigation bar.
