The Action Plan is considered updated even if the Grantee makes a small change, such as adding a single performance measure, adding an Activity, modifying text in a narrative field, or uploading data. The system may also update the status on the Action Plan anytime a grantee user reviews and saves an Activity when moving through pages. Grantees will need to resubmit their Action Plans after making changes in advance of QPR due dates so they can be reviewed and approved by their HUD CPD Representatives.
Please note that HUD staff cannot identify what information has been changed in an edited Action Plan, therefore an email explaining changes or spreadsheets that list the nature of changes by Activity number can be helpful to expedite HUD reviews.
