Why are the PR03 and PR23 reports blank?

If using Internet Explorer 11 with the Windows 7 operating system, changing a browser setting may fix the problem. On the browser toolbar, choose Tools > Compatibility View Settings. Uncheck all the boxes, then click "Close." The reports should now display properly.

Select Tools > Compatibility View Settings

Uncheck all the boxes, then click "Close"
