How are overdrawn HOME funds handled?

If funds drawn down in excess of need can be expended on eligible costs within 15 days of drawdown, it is acceptable to revise the voucher from the overdrawn activity to another activity. If the overdrawn funds cannot be disbursed for eligible HOME costs within 15 days, you must return the funds to the account from which they were drawn.
