A

Beginning with FY 2012 grants, Participating Jurisdictions (PJs) create a Program Income for Administration (PA) subfund to set aside PI receipted in IDIS for administrative expenses. Up to 10 percent of available PI (i.e., PI not already subgranted, committed, or drawn) may be subfunded as PA. Prior to FY 2012, PJs set aside PI for admin by increasing the AD subfund.

To set up and maintain a PA subfund, use the Subfund Program Income function on the Grant tab. For detailed instructions, please refer to HOME FACTS Vol. 4, No. 2.
