A

The Integrated Disbursement & Information System (IDIS) provides HUD with current information regarding Community Planning and Development (CPD) activities underway across the nation. HUD uses this information to report to Congress and to monitor grantees. IDIS is the drawdown and reporting system for CPD’s CDBG, HOME, ESG, and HOPWA formula grant programs and for the HOPWA Competitive grant program. Grantees use IDIS to request their grant funding from HUD and report on what is accomplished with these funds. Grantees also use IDIS for Consolidated Planning.
