I have forgotten my PIN. How can I retrieve it?

A grantee user can refer to either the original form he/she submitted to CPD field office for IDIS system access or to email response letter received confirming access has been granted. If unable to locate these documents, the user should submit a question to the HUD Exchange Ask A Question for assistance.
