I submitted my APR but my HUD Field Office says they can’t see it.

Please note that the "Submission Certification" date on the Submissions Summary Page only signifies the date the APR was certified, not the date it was submitted. Please verify that the APR has been submitted by checking your Submissions List for a date in the “Date Submitted” Column. If there is not a date in this column, the APR has not been submitted and you need to open up the APR and click "Submit."

If there is a date in the column, please ask your HUD Field Office to double check their filters. APRs are now part of the general project workflow and will show up as a step named "Field Office Reference Submission."
