Adding and Deleting Registrants in e-snaps Resource

This document provides instructions on how to add registrants to the organization's e-snaps account who will be working on an organization's application. For CoCs, this access includes the CoC Applicant Profile, CoC Registration, CoC Review, CoC Application, CoC Priority Listing. For project applicants, this access includes the Project Applicant Profile and the project application. It also identifies the steps for deleting registrants who no longer need access.

Conditional Award Recipients: Issues and Conditions and Amendments Instructional Guide

Instructional guides are available for FY 2012, FY 2013, and FY 2014 grant recipients. The Issues and Conditions Instructional Guide instructs all conditionally awarded recipients on how to access e-snaps to resolve the HUD identified issues, conditions, and budget changes based on a review of the recipient’s project application. The Amendments Instructional Guides instruct conditionally awarded recipients on how to access and complete amendments in e-snaps.

Accessing the Project Application Resource

This resource covers important information for accessing the Project Applications for Renewal, New, CoC Planning, and UFA Costs projects. Use this resource as a supplement to the primary resources for Renewal, New, CoC Planning, and UFA Costs Projects Applications. Project Applicants must complete three steps to access the Project Application—complete the Project Applicant Profile, register for the correct Funding Opportunity, and create a Project. After doing so, the Project Application will appear on the "Submissions" screen.
