Disaster Recovery Grant Reporting System (DRGR) guides, tools, webinars, and other resources are provided to assist Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP) and Community Development Block Grant Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) grantees, technical assistance providers, and field office representatives in designing, implementing, and maintaining DRGR.

DRGR Log-In

DRGR Help Desk: Since DRGR is one of HUD's single sign-on systems, DRGR users having difficulty accessing DRGR because of login ID or password problems, experiencing problems working with any modules or screens in DRGR, or requiring a session reset due to multiple failed login attempts must submit their issue to Ask A Question. Users can also search the NSP FAQs and DRGR FAQs to see if their DRGR related questions have already been answered.

DRGR Fact Sheet: Voucher Revision Display - Release 7.9

This fact sheet provides information on the voucher revision display in DRGR. Prior to Release 7.9 the system did not display any information relating to a revised voucher item. In Release 7.9 the system displays the voucher line item that the revision originated from.

DRGR Fact Sheet: Batch Uploads - Release 7.9

This fact sheet provides information about DRGR data uploads. DRGR supports two types of data uploads:

  • Regular data uploads that were released in Release 7.7 requiring the data to be uploaded by "type" (e.g., performance measure, addresses, benificiaries, etc.)
  • PowerUser data uploads (Grantee Administrators Only) which is new in Release 7.9. This feature allows the Grantee Administrators to upload different data uploads within one file.

DRGR Fact Sheet: Associating Program Income Receipts - Release 7.9

This fact sheet provides information about receipting Program Income in DRGR. In Release 7.9, the association of these receipts can now be managed by the "Associated Receipts" functionality on Add/Edit Receipts pages.

DRGR Fact Sheet: Drawdowns - Classification of Returned Funds - Release 7.9

This fact sheet provides information about the classification of returned funds in DRGR. In DRGR grantees can wire funds back to HUD for ineligible activities, interest earned, or funds returned from beneficiaries. In Release 7.9 Drawdown users can classify Collection Voucher items in error.

DRGR Fact Sheet: Modify Activity Types - Release 7.9

This fact sheet provides information about the ability to modify activity types in DRGR Release 7.9. The system prior to Release 7.9 did not always allow users to change the Activity Types on Edit Activity pages. This was due to the following business rules:

  • In DRGR performance measures are customized by Activity Type
  • The system did not allow the change if there were performance measures associated with prior Activity Type that were not associated with new Activity Type

In Release 7.9 the Activity Type change has been simplified by prompting grantees with a message that performance measures will be lost on change.

DRGR Fact Sheet: Review Checklists - Release 7. 8

In DRGR Release 7.8 HUD Reviewers are able to submit HUD review checklists as part of document reviews. The document reviews support basic checklists and upload of documents as attachments. The system supports following checklists: Grant Closeout; Action Plan; and QPR.

DRGR Fact Sheet: DRGR Data Uploads - Release 7.8

Starting in DRGR Release 7.8, grantee users will be able to populate action plan data (PI/RL estimated funds, narratives and funding sources), create and edit activities, create and edit projects, create and edit responsible organizations(including contact information), obligate funds for activities, set up vouchers and populate Quarterly Progress Report (QPR) activity profiles using uploads. This document provides an overview of the data upload functionality.

DRGR Fact Sheet: Prior Period Corrections for Beneficiary Data

This fact sheet explains that since Release 7.0, direct benefit activities like housing rehabilitation, new housing construction, and homeownership now provide breakout categories by single family/multifamily (SF/MF), rent/own, race, Hispanic/Latino status, and female head of households (FHH). Page 2 of Edit Activity in the Action Plan allows users to select which categories apply to an activity, based on how HUD DRGR administrators have designated activity type. Action Plans will provide fields for SF/MF and rent/own, race, Hispanic/Latino status, and FHH are only entered on the Quarterly Progress Report (QPR) side.
