Looking for Funding for a Community Development Project?

HUD provides federal resources to fund a wide variety of community development projects such as public facilities, infrastructure, job-creation for low- and moderate-income persons, disaster recovery, affordable housing, and other projects. These projects must principally benefit income eligible persons or communities. HUD does not provide assistance directly to individuals and businesses; rather, HUD provides funding for community development activities to states, local governments, and nonprofits. If you are interested in partnering with a CPD grantee on a community development project, contact a local CPD grantee.
